Xero pricing UK
Xero’s UK plans cost from £7 to £70 a month, excluding VAT, at the prices that took effect on 1 September 2026. Payroll, expenses and projects are included up to a set number of people on the larger plans, and extra users are charged per month.

How much is Xero a month in the UK?+
Xero’s UK plans cost £7 (Simple), £18 (Ignite), £39 (Grow), £55 (Comprehensive) and £70 (Ultimate) a month, excluding VAT. New customers get 90% off for the first six months.
When did Xero’s prices go up?+
On 1 September 2026, for new and existing UK subscribers: Ignite from £16 to £18, Grow from £37 to £39, Comprehensive from £50 to £55 and Ultimate from £65 to £70. Simple stayed at £7, and the multi-organisation discount ended.
How much is Xero payroll?+
Grow includes payroll for 1 person, Comprehensive 5 and Ultimate 10. Extra people cost £1.50 each a month, or £1 on Ultimate, and Ignite pays £1.50 for each person.
What do accountants pay for Xero?+
Joining the Xero partner programme is free. Practices can put clients on Xero Ledger at £2.50 a month, excluding VAT, for clients who don’t need to code their own transactions.
