What is the QuickBooks Accountant Suite?

Firms move from QuickBooks Online Accountant with no data migration, and Intuit says no current features are missing. Core has no monthly fee and includes 200 Intuit Intelligence prompts a month about the firm. Accelerate costs £69 a month plus VAT at 20% from 20 January 2027, is free during the beta and has 50% off for the first 12 months. It adds 1,000 prompts a month, automations for reconciliation, categorisation and month-end preparation, onboarding playbooks, an Inbox for client messages and file sharing, portfolio insights, client groups, KPI tracking, role-based access and chart of accounts templates. Admins move clients in from other QuickBooks Online accounts with the client transfer tool. Intuit ProPartner Accountants replaces the ProAdvisor programme in early 2027 and is free. Signing up to the Accountant Suite makes a firm a Member; Partner, Preferred Partner, Premier Partner and Elite Partner tiers need at least one active client in the suite and one certified team member. Members get QuickBooks Ledger and Payroll Core free, Partner and above get Online Advanced and Payroll Elite, and Premier and Elite partners get Accelerate free. ProAdvisor certification is free, in Level 1 and Level 2, with a yearly recertification test of 10 to 15 multiple-choice questions.
