What is the Xero partner programme?
The Xero partner programme is Xero's free scheme for accounting and bookkeeping practices. Partners get Xero for their own practice, Partner Hub to manage clients, client plans such as Xero Ledger at £2.50 a month, and more tools as they move up from Bronze to Platinum status.

How the Xero partner programme works
Joining is free with no ongoing costs. A practice needs at least one registered accountant, and one member of staff must commit to completing Xero advisor certification within 30 days. Status runs from Partner through Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. From Bronze, partners get a free Xero subscription for the practice, a Xero representative, a listing in Xero's advisor directory and Syft Analytics. Xero Tax and Partner Hub with Practice Management, which handles jobs, time, billing and engagement letters, are free from Silver; below that Practice Management costs £99 a month for up to ten users after a 14-day trial. Partner Hub also lets practices request documents from clients and send document packs for e-signature through Xero Sign. Practices can put clients on Xero Ledger at £2.50 a month, excluding VAT, where the client can view but not code transactions. Xero's certification is free, from Level 1 Xero associate to Level 3 Xero specialist, and must be renewed every 12 months with an 80% pass mark.
