Why it matters

Silverfin’s EUR 300 million sale to Visma was one of the largest accounting software exits in Europe and put the working-papers layer inside a group that already owns much of Nordic and Benelux accounting. For UK firms it is the main cloud alternative to IRIS and Caseware for compliance work.
