Why it matters
Emburse is the roll-up answer to SAP Concur: six expense vendors stitched into one enterprise platform by a private equity owner, now profitable and moving upmarket while Ramp and Brex fight for the small end. Its size and customer list make it the incumbent every AI-native spend tool has to displace.
